Historical Overview
At the beginning of 2025, Al-Hasan Holding Group emerged from the heart of Damascus as the culmination of more than a decade of perseverance led by Syrian businessman Hassan Kamel Al-Hasan and his partners, during a time when destruction and displacement were realities and hope seemed a distant dream.
The idea was not born in lavish offices or through guaranteed plans, but in northern Syria, where life struggled to rise from the ashes of war. From there, the Group took its first steps amid suffocating security and economic challenges: devastated infrastructure, scarcity of resources, and public doubt about the feasibility of any investment. Yet, the Group chose to make investment an instrument to rebuild people before buildings, launching projects that targeted vital sectors directly affecting people’s lives.
In December 2024, with Syria’s liberation from the fallen regime, new horizons for life and reconstruction opened before Syrians. At this pivotal moment, Al-Hasan Holding reshaped its strategy, inspired by this historic transformation, with a bolder and broader vision. The Group not only expanded geographically but also pursued qualitative partnerships, firmly believing that conscious projects must actively contribute to strengthening infrastructure, creating jobs, and empowering the private sector to lead local development—within a national framework that reflects collective aspirations.
